Flush commodes
Check back of toilets and under sinks for leaks
Check hot water tank for leaks
Check and reset microwave and stove clocks as needed

Visual Inspection of Your Home's Exterior

During a walk around your home and property, our home watch specialist will look for any issues that need to be addressed including:

Theft or vandalism
Torn or damaged screens and porch enclosures
Damaged gutters and roofs

We will also remove newspapers, flyers and packages from your front door area and check your mailbox.
